昨日在讀朋友們轉寄來的信件中，看到這些字句，心中覺得很受用，在每個人生所面臨的關卡，心中的徬徨和擔憂好似一個重擔，壓得人喘不過氣來，卻也無力推開這沉重不安忐忑焦急慌亂惶惶不得終日的「沉」，或許祝禱是唯一強大的力量。

這是美國神學家尼布爾相當著名的「寧靜之禱」 (Serenity Prayer)，分享給大家。
